Hereinafter, "SOUISSOO", “we”, “our”, “the Artist” or “the Seller” refers to the owner and operator of the website and the legal entity responsible for its content, offerings, and obligations under applicable laws. For confidentiality and security reasons, certain identifying details of the operator may be disclosed only upon legitimate request or as required by law. The term “the Client” or “you”, refers to any individual or legal entity accessing, browsing, or interacting with this website, including but not limited to customers, prospects, and business partners. All content (artworks, images, texts, designs, trademarks) is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights are reserved. Purchasing a limited edition artwork does not transfer copyright; buyers receive a personal. Any reproduction, or distribution of the content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Moral rights of the Artist must be respected at all times.

2 — Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying any content without prior written permission from Souissoo;
  • Using any content for commercial purposes, including online or offline sales, merchandising, or licensing;
  • Circumventing or bypassing website protections or digital rights management.

Consequences of unauthorised use:

  • Civil liability for damages, including loss of profits, moral rights, and legal fees;
  • Criminal prosecution under applicable laws (e.g., up to €300,000 fines and 3 years imprisonment under French copyright law);
  • Legal enforcement through international treaties (WIPO, Berne Convention, TRIPS), including DMCA takedown requests, cease & desist letters, and court actions.

By accessing this website, you acknowledge that any infringement may trigger immediate legal action, including cross-border enforcement, and that no jurisdictional loophole will be tolerated.

3 — Ownership of Products

All products remain the property of SOUISSOO until full payment is received. Risk and title pass to the client upon delivery.

5 — Digital Monitoring & Anti-Counterfeiting

6 — Liability and Limitation of Use

The website and its content are provided “as is.” SOUISSOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchases.

7 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms, the website, or purchases will be submitted to the competent courts in France, except where mandatory local laws apply.

For international buyers, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
Parties agree that disputes may first be attempted to resolve via arbitration or mediation before formal legal proceedings.
